Our SKY HD box will not let you record two programmes at once, even though it's supposed to. One recording is fine but if you try to do two it comes up with both programmes and asks which one to delete. Any ideas?

In order to record/watch two channels simultaneously, the Sky box needs two feeds from the dish. Your box obviously only has one feed.

If you have two cables entering the box from the dish, unplug the box from the mains and check that both cables are tight.
