How do I adjust a upvc window which appears to have dropped slightly as it catches on the bottom when trying to close.

remove glazing beads with a chisel or knife,using plastic packers,or any materials around pack up the side neer the hinges so the glass is central or higher,then push a packer in the top tight.then pack the sides equal.now using a chisel or pry insert between glass and upvc frame at top ,lift and seperate the two and insert packers to correct height.make sure packers dont foul glazing beads.re insert beads

Have you checked that all the hinge screws are properly seated?
And tighten all the screws on the outer edge of the window. If these come loose they can affect the geometry of the window in relation to the frame.
