I have a Samsung fridge/freezer - model number DA68-01281A. Inderneath the bottom drawer in the freezer I have a block of ice develop, I have to get the whole block out in one piece every week. Can anybody tell me why this happens, is there some problem with the freezer, I do notice it makes some strange noises sometimes
