I have inbuilt sat nav in my Merc. All of a sudden it stopped working and the screen says cd eror. I have changed the disk aswell, but still the same error appears. Please help me!

This worked for me on my Honda sat nav. Take a ruler or thin plastic spatula and a wet wipe (non fragranced) wrap the wet wipe over the ruler (one fold only) insert it into the cd drive and wipe in and out and side to side gently. Switch the vehicle on and wipe again as the cd drive engages. Do not pull on it if it gets stuck switch the car off, pull the ruler out then the wet wipe. Good luck
