thorn EMI Apollo not working?

I put new radiators in on Sunday and now the hot water system/heating system fires up but goes straight off again. I think it is an air lock close the the boiler, but does anyone know which one this will be?
Is it inside the actual boiler?

best way is pump on 10 secs pump off 10 secs and repeat till air is pushed in to a radiator
