i have got a tevion 28216ald box on my existing sky dish. when i tuned it in to astr2 i got all the uk channels but now i cannot get bbc2, ch 4, ch5, and a few more. i have not altered the dish as i get good signals on the other channels, can anyone tell me why this is happening please
