wonder if you could help me,having problems draining water from our washing machine,i have tried looking for any filters but cant find any,does this machine have any or not,whats stopping the water from draining,ive checked all pipes,and all are fine,they have no kinks in any of them,can you help me.

I had the same problem - it was running fine but when it came to draining it just froze and i had to turn it off to reset it. When I set it to the drain setting it hummed but did not drain at all. The problem was a blockage in the pump - a colour catcher cloth had got through and was stopping the pump from turning. I removed the pump and fished it out and problem solved!
