e20 is telling you it can't drain the water away.check the filter in the base.put a sponge in the sump under the filter and get all the water out.check for glass/objects blocking drain hole in the sump.could be a faulty pump or something jammed in the drain pump impellor.remove the metal cover below the door and drain pump is at the front right corner.make sure drain hose isn't blocked by laying it flat on the floor with water in the sump.if not blocked water wil run out.last resort is pcb has died
