Hi Sandie, having just fixed mine today from the same problem what you need to try is, remove the bottom arm,(just pulls off and wash out to make sure the arms not blocked) then unscrew the gray part the bottom arm was clipped onto, now you can get a finger into the inlet pipe have a prod about then screw gary bit back BUT NOT THE BOTTOM ARM, and run on the sort 8 min rinse, you sould find what was blocking in the filter, mine was just some potato. May need to repeat a couple of times
