i did give lane my serial number. they stated they are sending me the parts for free but i am responsible for putting it together. the iron handle broke off the iron bar underneath. a spring is out too. a white plastic piece and the handle are out of the hole. this handle broke off the black bar at the bottom. i hope i can fix this. gorilla glue and liquid nails is too caustic for me. i am disabled. this is hard for me. i hope i can do this
