On the remote for the TV, hit the "quickview" button and the number "9" at the same time. (make sure the remote is set to "TV".)

Inchman, May 2008
Hold the QV button and the nine button on your remote at the same time. This will disable the lock.

I had the same problem with my TV. The trick is that you have to go and enter a code in yourself then unlock the inputs and everthing else that you want unlocked.

I am actually having a problem with my TV because I can't line up the green, red, and blue lines via the TV alignment in the menu option. The directions state that you should overlap the green, blue, and red lines to have a crosshair that is white. I can only move the blue and red lines while the green line stays stationary. It will allow me to move the red and blue lines but not far enough to where they can all overlap. For instance the horizontal line allows the red and green lines to overlap but not the blue line. While the vertical allows the blue and green line to overlap but not the red. Is there any way to move the green line so that I am able to overlap all the lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
