having problem with what we think is the either the filter pump should it be orange colour or clear. or is the small pump conecting to the waste pipe as it fills up with water but doesnt do cycle wash does not empty.

This worked for me but make sure you put plenty of towels around the base because lots of water seeps out!

Try tilting on its side about 45 degrees. It might be the float inside that sometimes stops it working, something to do with an air lock.
