cd reset msg in my sony cdx-gt250s ?

while the music was still playing i stopped the car ,later as i tried , to put a disc in the player says
cd reset , so far i have tried pressing the reset button does not help much.
please help!

Buy Another, Alpine never Sony again.

Same problem I pressed the eject button for 5 sec. the motor keep winding but still CD reset.
