chock wheels, remove battery earth lead,in cab remove g/lever gaiter, then remove 3 bolts holding lever in [note large washer under rear bolt and 2 different springs under other bolts-note which goes where-also note which way round lever goes,lift-up portion has different angles on same,] you may have to flick springs off where they rest on lever cross pin to allow you to remove bolts.under van, remove flywheel sensor, rev light wires, slave cyl bolts propshaft front nuts [dont split prop if you do mark it first on sliding joint ]then remove 2 bolts holding center brg to body may need to remove front exh pipe depends if bracket is still fitted? support engine remove crossmember, then remove starter bolts and bell housing bolts [note one above slave cyl goes in from front!] lower support and remove box NOTE THESE GEARBOXES ARE VERY HEAVY WILL NEED 2 PERSONS TO LIFT IF NOT USING TRANSMISSION JACK. remove clutch make sure new clutch is same as old one, check release arm for cracking around ball pivot socket [later ones modified with a plate welded on to arm where ball pivot socket is]take care when re fitting arm that you dont loose 2 slipper plates and you dont bend release arm spring
