My master mix cment mixer keeps cutting out it runs for a few seconds then cuts out i removed cover and the motor was hot even though not run long i also put a eletric tester screw driver on the motors case and it was live until cut out, my question is what has failed the motor, brushes capacitor or the switch any help would be appreciated thanks
