It seems to start OK and then doesn't do much. After about an hour it then beeps 30 times. The washing tablet has not been used and it doesn't seem hot.I cant find any Matsui technical help on line or a phone number and it doesn't mention any of this in the manual.

I have had the same problem no heat and dirty dishes running cold, the thermostat has gone , you can buy this for £6 (£3 ppp ) , It is is easy 2 swap over,

Same problem with the tablet not being used and not getting hot, I had this problem last year it turned out to be the heater element had gone, if the dishwasher doesn't get hot the tablet will not be released, guess what people it's back again this time i will be fixing it..

As I have had no reply I have the comet repair man coming round tomorrw as they are the service organisation for Matsui (apparently). I will let you know what he says. Sorry not to have been more help
