i have a eurovox max and all my movie channels and some basic tv channels have gone and they now say please insert smart card, but whats confusing me i have all sky sports channels and all of the kids channels including all of the disney ones so i dont know why only a few channels have gone off any help would be greatfuly recieved. i am in the birmingham area

The Conditional Access system (Nagravision1) has been replaced by Nagravision3. This means that boxes that could get around Nagravision1's encryption will stop working. Eventually all your encrypted channels will go.

There is no fix to this and no prospect of a fix because unlike Nagravision1, Nagravision3 has not been compromised is is unlikely to be in the near future.
