We called a Samsung engineer out and they said that it needs a new PCB box. I think that's what it's called. Six months ago, Comet, whom we bought it from called us to let us know that this model had a serious fault and had caught fire and that they were sending an engineer out to replace some kind of box. Since then, its slowly deteriorated, starting with the water dispenser not working, then the fridge not cooling and then finally the freezer not working. Also, ice was building up inside the back of the fridege. Can you please advise.

Dear Sirs,
I have a refrigerator Samsung side by side model RSH1ZTMH1/XET
While it was working I moved the refrigerator about 20 cm and after 2-3 hours later I noticed that motor inverter is no longer working.
Motor Inverter works when connected directly to a power supply.
4-5 sec after inserting the plug into the electrical outlet motor inverter turns on and then off.

AC 220v enter on PCB turns into a 330V continuous, but not comes out of the PCB to send power to the inverter. Almost all sensors seems working. There is no error on the display.
There is a red led on MAIN PCB what flashes 1sec and 4 sec. OLP is OK
I'm desperate because here in Switzerland there are no specialized service centers to repair your refrigerators.
Awaiting your precious help.
