How do I raise water pressure to make boiler work?

My Glow-worm 30ci boiler is flashing a low pressure warning (0.4bar) and not firing up. It should be 1bar. This should be a simple thing to fix but I don't know how to raise the water pressure again. Anyone know? Thanks

As Gadget31 stated, internal filling loop; if memory serves me correct the 30ci has a blue colored knob on the under-side of the appliance which you need to turn...

You will need to leave the appliance "on" as the pressure read-out is digital and needs power so you don't over-fill it... Top the appliance up to around 1.0 bar when COLD... 1.5 bar is the maximum COLD pressure this appliance can work effectively with.

Also if the pressure has dropped you may either have a leak in the system, or it may be venting due to a faulty/sticky PRV (pressure relief valve). You can check that by looking at the overflow pipe. If its got water dripping out then that the prob.
If its a small leak elseware buy some leak sealing from fernox and put it in the system

You need to top up the boiler using the filling loop, which is built into these boilers, i dont know the exact method but there is usually a trun button underneath that allows water back into the system, or sometimes you have a large plastic key that has to be inserted. either way check the manual for pressurising or find the manual on the manufacturers web site, but pleases SWITCH off the electricity when working underneath, just to be safe
