My Indesit Dishwasher DIF04 has a problem?

My 'newish' Indesit D/W. DIF04 has constantly flashing lights and is permanently stuck in Drain-mode.

Any ideas about the problm would be welcomed please.

Our main fuse blew in our box we replaced it now our dishwasher wont work all the lights for the cycles are on bit when the door shut the cycles wont start
