Hi there
I am trying to print, however, my printer won't print at all & the light next to the ink symbol contiues to light up. I have also changed the ink cartridges but still no joy. Do you have any suggestions please!

do a print head deep cleaning cycle.printing using a higher res might also help if you are draft printing
