My Tech Solutions TS8000 shredder stopped midway and will not run now?

Even after unplugging it and waiting an hour and replugging it in ... the moter will not run in forward or reverse. I have cleared the paper from the gears top and bottom but still no luck...any advise would be appreciated. thanks
