I have just tried to record a programme on my new sky+ box and then tried to go onto another channel. Whilst on another channel a box popped telling me there was a technical fault and the box needed to be unplugged and turned off for 5 mins. However, when i went onto the channel i was recording and then cancelled the recording, the other channels started to work again.....? Please help
