My clock was bonging 8 times at 9 o'clock. I rotated the hour hand to 8 o'clock and it bonged 8 times at 8 o'clock. How do I get back to the correct time--now it's 1 hr. behind. When I try moving the hour hand to the right time it goes back to the first problem?
what you are doing wrong is when the clock has been corrected for the strike as in the above you then manually have turn the MINUTE hand clockwise 1 HR job done
