How can I fix my DeLonghi Magnifica ?

DeLonghi Magnifica stops working with the "empty grounds container" light on (remains on even when empty). Resets and starts working again in a day or two; also leaking water. Is there a repair center near Windsor, CT

Also .. when the coffee pours out, the door of the coffee machine pops as though the infuser is pushing against it from the inside. dEB
