i have a samsung freezer/fridge. the american style one. the freezer works fine but the fridge side does not, the temperature has gone up and it is not chilling. It shows 17 on the temperature which should normally be 3 on temp gauge. Also there is no cold air coming out of the top of the fridge, as you open it. Can you advise me? Model is RS20 CCMS. Also you cannot hear the motor on that side of the double american style fridge.
