philips dvdr 610 problem playing back recorded rw disks?

hi i have the above dvd recorder and when i record on a dvdr disk it will not always play back on the player it comes up with disk error

i am sorry you have got a 610 but if you have disc problems now and it not your discs then the laser is on its way out...this drive is NLA....sorry just bye a new 1.
