Problems with Simme boiler?

My Simme boiler is running at top bars - ie 4 and is spewing hot water out of the overflow pipe outside. Any ideas - anyone???

Find the filling loop and turn it off (it's usually two valves with a braided silver flexible tube connected at either end). Sounds like someone has left the valves open.
