How do I set the clock & timer for the Sime combi boiler 100c format?

I'm trying to set my heating to come on at certain times of the morning and evening. I cant get the timer clock to work the heating isnt coming on. I have got a Sime combi boiler 100c format. I have tried different ways of setting it but to no avali. It would be helpful if you could supply the instruction and a diagram of what I need to do.

Thank you in advance,

Sorry no instruction manual to hand , but...
1.Clock face should be at current time
2.The slide control on the rhs of the clock face has 3 settings. Usually, top is normally HEATING CONSTANT, middle is TIMER, bottom is HEATING OFF.
3. Set to middle , and pull out the teeth around the clock face for the times you wish to have your heating on.
nb a few clocks can be completely opposite to these instructions, so if you put slide control to bottom your boiler will come on instead of off!!
REMEMBER, for your heating to work the main control knob must be on the snowflake!!
