Citroen Berlingo Radio code?

I switched my radio on and left it till 0000 was displayed. I then entered my code and pressed button 5. Hey my radio worked but after a few seconds of beeping it locked out again. What do i need to do next?

post all info off of radio can be found stamped in to metal casing and on labels to have code checked.
