Hi there,

The hot water is working in our flat with Greenstar 24i junior/28i jr boiler but heating has been off during the summer. We tried to put it back on and redid the pressure but nothing is kicking in. Turned up thermostat and still not kicking in....help! It's £285 for a call out! If anyone can advise?

is it a wireless thermostat? if so possibly batteries? ensure the stat on the boiler is also turned up by turning fully clockwise
