I read snewo's suggestion on how to get the touch screen to work when the little black connector clip breaks off. I have spent hours with a magnifying glass and tweezers trying to figure out exactly where to slide the cable, but I just can't seem to get the right connection. Can you give a detailed description of where the cable actually goes. I really need to fix this thing for my daughter. I can't believe that stupid little clip broke!

If you have the skill you can put on a new clip on that can be ordered from dealextreme I think. I've also read about people hot gluing the cable into place. There are also great videos made by supermodchips.au, now nintendoparts.au I think, that you can find on youtube that will help you locate the exact place that it should go. Hope this helps.
