My kango 637 makes quite a lot of noise but lacks punch. In fact I get more out of a cheap breaker. Could this be a piston problem and where can I get spare parts from.
My Kango 637 does the same thing...lot of noise but no hammer...did you get an answer?

I have a 2 pin plug on my kango 637 110v can i cut it of and put a new 3 pin plug on it

could possibily be your rubber piston ring worn or
will need regreased grease should be mobilplex 47 for best results parts may be hard to get as i dont think they are made any more
