if you have handles on remove them,get an adjustable spanner and put it on the barrel tight then move the spanner left to right to snap barrel [you will need new barrel to change straight away] then once snapped you can put a screw driver in the barrel hole [top] and flick the locking mechanism over to the right and then replace handles and unlock other ones,once open there will be a screw in the same line as bottom of barrel on the edge of door,remove it and replace barrel then replace screw back in.
