Desktop Pc Modem?

I have a Compaq SG3100UK desktop which as is usual with many PC's these days has no internal modem but at times it is convenient to have the dial up facility ,can I install an internal modem.?

About a quid on EBay. Search on PCI Modem. However you MUST ENSURE that it comes with (or you can download) the correct drivers.
