?? Don't understand this question. If you do a restore pressing f10 then that should reinstall everything and make it like the day you bought it.
You should back up any important files, music pictures. Most of what you'll want to back up is inside your Docs folder. Any software that you have installed since you bought will have to be put back in. You'll probably want to uninstall any antivirus that came with your PC and install a new antivirus program and be sure to do your windows updates.
