burner on vaillant turbomax plus boiler keeps going off?

burner on vaillant turbomax plus boiler keeps going off, loss of heating and hot water. have tried many many resets but only fan can be heard running, there is no spark and burner does not fire up...comesback on after a few hours. can anyone help please.
