My treadmill counts down to start as usual, then you hear the "click" as the motor should start, but nothing happens. After about 5 seconds I get an "error" message on the screen.

Please help, my hubby has gone to Afghan, and I'm clueless..this treadmill is the only thing that gets me through the nights. Many thanks,
