i have a Samsung RS21DGRS1 (18.79 cu. ft.) american style fridge/freezer neither side will regulate temperature. The lights, compressor and digital display are all fine & working but it will not keep a low temperature.
can some one help me out with this ??

thay are samsung agents so i guess they know what the are doing ,

we bought the RS21 samsung fridge freezer problems kit and fitted within 1 hour , although we had switched our fridge freezer of the night before - as recomended .

we had to call their samsung engineer a coupleof times just to make sure we were doing repair correct - he always asnwered and was very patieint whilst explaining what to do ..

type in samsung fridge freezer in youtube , you will find him .. he is very good at advise if you look his mobile no is under some of the videos ..
