Chimes are off by 5 hours on my westminister (Trend) clock?

The hands indicate the correct time but the chimes are off by 5 hours. How do I fix that?

allow the clock to strike count them then rotate the hr hand only round to the amount the clock has just struck then turn the hr hand to the correct time.
