IPAQ PocketPC Question?

I need some help here...I have a 2002 PocketPC that I got on EBay (it actually works, too!), but my computer won't let me sync it with Microsoft Outlook 2003. Is there any other way to take files from my computer and transfer them to my PocketPC?

You have installed ActiveSync haven't you? Downloadable from Microsoft.
