hi have the same problem myself. would appear that the only people able to fix it are humax them selfs. i've not FULLY tried it myself yet but if you contact them they do a collect and return service. £20 gets the box collected and looked at, then they quote for the repair. weather you want it repaired or not they will send it back. visit there website for contact info. Also worth noting that you can also buy recon. boxes from them with 12mths warranty on them for a very reasonable price. (humaxdirect.com) best of luck.
