How do I fill a bobbin Frister & Rossman Fantasy 972?

I bought this machine 2 years ago and up until now havnt used it. I took it out of the box and cannot find the instructions. I know it sounds stupid but I need to wind a bobbin and dont know how to disengage the wheel

The balance wheel either has a knob in the middle called the stop motion which you turn to disengage the machine or you will just have to pull the compl;ete balance wheel towards you to disengage or it may be a click in stop motion wheel.
