Replaced door lock, now no power or light??

Hi,
I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WM62
My wife was doing some washing and the breaker tripped. I flicked the breaker back on but the door would not open. I did some research on Google and found that it was probably the door lock that was broken. I managed to push the 'blob' on the back of the lock inside the machine. I have now replaced the lock with relative easy.

My problem is i now seem to have no power or the door locked light is not switching on and the cycle wont start. Before i replaced the lock i think we had power. I have changed the fuse in the plug too.

Please help!!! My wife will divorce me soon lol :( because i wont pay for it to be fixed and i cant afford a new one.

Many thanks
