I bought a package with an eMachines computer a year ago. It came with a Lexmark Z715 printer...which worked fine....for the first dozen times I used it. Then it just crapped out on me. After exchanging a bunch of emails with their tech folks, they gave up and decided to send me a new one. Now I have the same issue with the new one. It would go through the motions of printing....the carriage ran back and forth, and the voice told me the printing job was started....and the printing job was done.....but all I got was blank pages coming out. Tech support had me go in and change some settings, and now I don't even get the "ghost" movement. I get NOTHING !! I'm not very tech oriented, so if anyone out there has a solution for me, please speak in REAL simple terms !!

I have had similar problems as you have described with my Lexmark Z82 and I am relieved to hear that I am not the only one. I have tossed in the towel with this printer and ordered a new one.
