my ford 4500 rds eon says locked 13?

My ford 4500 rds eon says locked 13. When i turn it on i pressed 3 n 6 together the radio comes on for 8 secs then straight bk to locked 13 why is it not staying on. Also i need the keycode M307998 n thank you

Locked 13 means NO MORE attempts can be made by you!!
You will have to take it to a specialist decoding company or buy a replacement unit
