If you have a re-fill loop already connected, simple open the valve and allow mains pressure to enter the boiler until you reach the rcommended prsssure, normally 1 to 2 bar.
Otherwise, go to your local D-I-Y shop, purchase a pipe with the correct end fittings - maybe there is one specific for your boiler?, attach and fill as above.
