Hoover U6445-900 bagged, self propelled vacuum brush will not turn...changed the belts, so this is not the problem. The motor housing cover seems a little loose & when manipulated with the arm down, the brush turns. Any ideas on what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
