Original circuit board is cracked and cannot be repaired by Sony.
Part known as the "G COMPLETE PC BOARD" or "Phase 3 board" with a part number of a1316397a is not available for repair or replacement purchase from Sony or major parts suppliers because it is "no longer available." How can this board be repaired either by an experienced technician or (gasp) myself?

depending on how big the crack is, it could always be bridged, thats soldering wires over the cracks to replace the broken tracks, this can be a long and tedious task and should not be done yourself, this is also a last resort, where abouts are you
