Is it possible to unlocked radio that says locked 13??

Hi my car radio says locked 13, it doesnt give me the option to enter a code. I called the main dealer but they want to charge me £150 , i think there must be a way i can get it done myself ..please can someone help!

There is nothing you can do yourself!! only the dealer or a specialist decoding company can unlock it when it gets to "locked 13"
